Show Notes

Michael Malone is a Buckeye by birth; he's a very funny, talented and driven content creator, however, by his own design.

Having performed in 11 countries around the world as well as having been featured on The Bob & Tom Show, Sirius XM Radio, Fox, Funny or Die and Showtime's I'm Dying Up Here, the Ohio native is a kinetic ball of energy on stage as much as he is very thoughtful away from it. The 2012 winner of the famed Seattle International Comedy Competition, Malone's second album – 2015's Thirty One – was featured for several weeks in the "New & Noteworthy" section of iTunes en route to becoming a top 10 best-selling album on the platform.

Currently residing in Los Angeles, he was also featured on several episodes of the Fox comedy-themed game show Punchline  in 2017 and also wrote, directed and co-starred in the independent film Bethlehem. His most personal work however may be Dead Serious, the book he authored after the passing of nearly 20 friends and family in a 5-year span.

On this episode, Malone talks with Tabari about the recently concluded presidential campaign, his Home Malone Facebook Live series, acting and directing, dealing with and overcoming loss ... And how to make your relationship survive through a pandemic.
