A Wisconsin native, McCarthy is a stand-up comic and co-producer – along with partners Matt Kemple and Greg Bach – of Milwaukee Comedy LLC, the force behind the renowned Milwaukee Comedy Festival and The Laughing Tap, the stand-up comedy venue they own in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Opening just a few short months before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the club has become a lightning rod for all things funny in the best known city in America's Dairyland, where numerous notable comics such as Dulce Sloan, Jon Dore ... And even Tabari McCoy have headlined on the stage!
